It's a 'given' that exercise can help PD symptoms. I take Tai Chi at Heartford Health in Mystic, Ct. It has helped my balance. I also use a treadmill regularly. In the past I was a marathon runner. I'm hoping to race again once the weather if better.
Haven't read it, but when you exercise, you have to push yourself and really get things cooking, if you are able in order to possibly keep things from progressing.Eric
There is a program that is a bit like physical therapy. It's called "LSVT ( Big). Works on Spatial movements.
