I did, for about a year. It wasn't harmful, but it didn't do anything miraculously good, either.
Unfortunately I take/have tried a lot of things, so it's hard to tease apart what might be helping (or not). Anyway, I stopped it.
I'm on it at the moment - asked my herbalist to include it in my herbal mix a couple of months ago. My early morning tremors are more infrequent/better but that is also a lot to do with how regulated my nervous system is. (Early/Undiagnosed PD)
