I routinely freeze up in the bathroom after I have done my deed or after I have showered. My wife is forced to come to my rescue when that happens. I am trying to figure out what the reason is. I would welcome any ideas.
In the meantime, I am also curious to hear what the experience has been in the community. Please share.

I think you could get a home evaluation to set up the bathroom with some visual cues to improve the freezing. While they’re there, they could look around the rest of the house, and help you optimize the environment to minimize the risk of freezing. In the US, that’s usually an occupational therapist, and I suspect it is the same in the UK, but there are many physiotherapists who are able to do this as well.
Might be a blood pressure drop? Hubby’s got pretty bad orthostatic hypotension, and the freezing always seems to go hand in hand with the fainting and the blood pressure drop.
