My son is now one half way through his fifth month of taking the drug. I do not see any change in his behavior, or physical performance. He continues with chronic constipation that requires 3 15 ounce doses of lactulose daily. He tells me the Neuralli makes him feel more calm. I question his response. It is very, very expensive. I use it daily and feel the difference when I don’t take it (due to traveling, as it needs to be stored in a cool place). I feel it definitely regulates my bowel movement and helps me stay stable. Sometimes I increase the dosage to two portions when I need it, and it always helps/works.

I gave it to my mother but it was not helpful.

I've been taking it for years. I am not sure I can comment whether it is helpful or not. I know my gut issues have diminished but that could also be due to a number of other healthy changes I made since diagnoses.

I take it once a day and it helps my gut very well. Not the PD symptoms

Hello ~ My HwP has been on the Neutrali PS-128 going on 4 months now. His anxiety is almost nonexistent and his tremor ( left sided) is way, way down.

I was noticing improvements sometime into his third month.

Changes in his protocol ~

11/1 - Neuro had him, over a 2 week period, double his C/L 25/100 for all three doses

11/1 - Started taking Gabapentin 100 mg (we added GABA 250 mg) at bedtime.

I have noticed increased improvements now that he is sleeping better (back to 8 hours) since the Gabapentin was added.

I do believe that some of (maybe a lot) of the improvements are from the Neutrali PS-128, but I cannot “prove” it, especially since I’m not good at documenting.

As far as his constipation goes here is his regime which works for him -

One scoop of Thorne Endermend at night

1/2 tsp in water of Best Naturals Magnesium Citrate at night

In the morning with breakfast he has 2 tablespoons of flax seeds that I grind for him.

I don’t know if the Neutrali PS-128 is helping with constipation or not.

This is what works for him. He was diagnosed almost 3 years ago and is 72 now. I don’t know if that is relevant or not. Also, we eat a very “clean” diet.

I hope this helps. Have a fabulous day!

My husband has been taking 2 sachets of PS 128 nightly since May/June 2021. I believe that was around the time that I posted and shared with members of this forum. He continues to benefit from it, B1 and the Redlight light therapy. He is not on any medication.

Thank you for your response. Hope he is doing well? Does he have a pretty "normal" life???
