Can you recommend a good and inexpensive genetic test for PD?

Genetics ony determine the propensity of developing PD, the causes are in our food and the environment we live.

My father and maternal grandfather both had PD so I suspect a genetic factor

But if you avoid the causes it won't matter if you do carry the gene.

23 and me does LRRK2 and GBA . I carry both. Carrying a gene just increases your chance of getting PD though . There is no test which will tell you if you have it or are going to get it.
