Not bad! (Translation from the cynical to the normal: "not bad" equals "pretty good.")

So your son is Erik Satie?

Sempera l’artista, con tut to quell che fa. Cucina, disegne, compone poesie, nonostante abbia difficolta. Questo non lo cambiera mai.

Grazie per i tuoi gentil commenti, come sempre, Gio

Thank you for your kind comments. My husband has always drawn but rekindled his love about 5 years into having PD. It’s like mindfulness for him completely absorbed when doing the fine pen drawings and tremor stops completely. He adds colour on the computer. He loves writing poetry too. He wrote before PD but has more subject matter to work with now!

Zella23 , I love your husband's art! And your son's music is the perfect backdrop for the tone and openness of his message. Heartfelt. I played the video for my husband this morning. He can relate to the frustration of delayed speech when trying to converse. We are inspired as we see beyond the imagery into what it took to create such striking poetry and imagery. Thank you for putting it together and sharing this beautiful and meaningful piece.

PS... I went to YouTube and found your husband's channel.... Hey, everyone, there's more of his work there! I subscribed and am following now. Love it! More please!!!

Thank you so much for recognising just how much effort goes into my husbands Art Work and production on his YouTube videos.

He spends hours drawing, and then he came up with the ideas and imagery he uses on his YouTube videos.

Some of his poetry is on poetswall.com

His art work was displayed on Parkinson’s Art which is no longer functioning unfortunately.

Some of my sons music is on this website, but he also has lots of library music which is in films and television. He is Geoff Smith.
