Wearing off symptoms

I understand peak dose dyskinesia. I very occasionally get it (mild).

I don't understand end of dose dyskinesia, which I get in the evening. Anyone understand why this happens?

I also don't understand wearing off brain fog. Anyone? I have to make a great effort to focus my attention, and forget multitasking.

My final wearing off symptoms are rigidity in my left thigh, and occasional left foot dystonia. No surprise there.

I finally settled into the following med schedule with Rytary. 385 at 8am, and 1pm. I take 1/2 IR at around 3pm to get me past the afternoon slump.

The evening dose at 6-7pm seemed to interfere with sleep, so I take one 25/100 CR, and 1/2 25/100 IR. So I get more wearing off symptoms at bedtime, but sleep better.

I am not sure but I think I may have worse brain fog with Rytary, any one else experience this?

Thanks my friends...

Rebecca

You don't take much medication which is nice. Only thing I can think of is you are more relaxed and less stressed in the evening let's say, so maybe the way the CR & IR in the evening kicks in and interacts is different and more "plentiful" or "potent" in your bloodstream. Eric
