Happening since first experimenting with mucuna and now trying C/L ( 100/ 25) 3 x day . Could this be dyskensia with such a low dose? I thought this wasn't supposed to happen till the higher doses.

I can confirm from personal experience that dyskinesia can happen at this dosage

So does this mean the dosage is too high for me ? What if anything can be done about it ?

It means your peak levodopa levels are too high. I would try a time release version instead of the immediate release which you likely have been prescribed. Details here:

There may be nothing you can do about it. Sometimes dyskinesia just happens and you have to learn to live with it. You can certainly try the controlled release that pb mentions. Just be aware that it doesn’t work for everyone.

controlled release was bad new for my husband but he finds anything over 50/12.5 too strong so it was probably just too higher dose.

My Neuro says the distinctive of dyskinesia is writhing, not jerks/tremors.
