ARMRA Colostrum Review: Everything You Need to Know youtu.be/qbbk6ZW-zbw
Somebody commented: "There are negative side effects that have come from this and that's for folks who are lactose intolerant. There's a lot of caseine in the bovine supplement but you can turn to goats colostrum if you are lactose intolerant and you may feel a lot better. Goats colostrum is more identifiable to humans colostrum so this product is great for those who don't have lactose issues but if you do... try goats colostrum"
So what we are talking about is Colostrum?

I got my husband a natural product for his constipation and it worked. Actually a few of his suppliments helped, he had ORTIS fruits & fibres regular, they are cubes a bit bigger than a sugar lump and they contain natural fruits and fibre, you have to have 1 at night with a glass of water. They worked for him. He also has freeze dried acerola cherry powder for vitamin C and Cytoplan Cyto-biotic active which is a powdered probiotic suppliment. (the 1st 2 suppliments are available on amazon, the cytoplan one I got from their website) Hope this helps
I love Armra and use it at least 5 days a week. It most likely helped me heal my leaky gut. Poop test showed leaky gut and one 6 months later confirmed gone.
Here’s a podcast with the backstory. I love hearing directly from the innovators and then make your own decision…
