UB-312 antibodies reported to engage protein clumps, slow their buildup

"The immune response triggered by UB-312, an experimental vaccine by Vaxxinity, effectively targeted alpha-synuclein protein aggregates and slowed their toxic buildup in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of Parkinson’s disease patients in a Phase 1 trial, compared with those given a placebo, data show."

One wonders if the toxic clumps are caused by the glymphatic system not clearing out waste efficiently. Maybe because pathways are shut off due to lack of movement in neck and upper back and or because of scar tissue causing a back log of waste disposal fluid preventing fluid being cleaned up further down the line ?

Will this vaccine help move the cell garbage along and out of the brain?

Or maybe the clumps are protective like an insulating layer around cells?

I wouldn’t like to be part of this experiment before they know why this stuff is there and understand what is going on and why it accumulates.
