Hi Donatells, are you talking about dyskinesias in the body, the head area or both.
My husband, when he goes off, from not taking his meds on time, does get dyskinesias, but mainly they have been the worst when he has too much Sinemet, by taking extra by mistake. If he is not sleeping well, then yes they can become troublesome, but normally his sleep is okay. If he happens to go to bed and the dyskinesias are happening, as soon as he falls asleep they stop anyway. Not sure if that helps.
I do suffer with dykinesia as my meds wear off. And now you mention it its been worse the last few days and ive not been sleeping well this week. I guess tiredness makes us worse in every way.
I just found out that i am experiencing diphasic dyskinesia that is when the meds start to kick in and the start of the wearing off of the meds. It is a struggle causing me sleep disturbances and it actually meddles with my work. Amantadine and sifrol works but not for long
