I apply "SRT zeptoring" since 12.05.2023.

From 27.5.2023 I am on vacation for two weeks, I can not use it. I will report again at the end of June, in how far it has helped. It is important to know that the vibration plate VP 500 for about 500 euros has not helped me. Tom, are you familiar with Howard Shifke, who says he cured his own Parkinson's without using drugs? here's his website: fightingparkinsonsdrugfree....

Howard Shifke said he was completely drug free unlike PDTom. All that was realised within 7 months. At that time first the mourning period, figuring out what's going on with you, learning and researching and then finding your way through trial and error as he writes. I'm sorry, but such severe PD symptoms don't disappear because of 2 hours a day Qi gong/meditation exercises, enough sleep and diet in such a short period of time, not even with the needed right mindset. Especially not when you consider that Howard and his wife also had a similar 'conscious' lifestyle before that time. Strange. Perhaps the rapid decline and improvement in the PD was caused because the medication backfired for him? Then I put more faith in the story of Bianca Molle, who was symptom-free after 3 years with 3 hours of Qi gong a day, just through hard work.

I always have trouble with the fact that these people also happen to want to earn from their 'healing'. I don't talk about their books with their life story, but the expensive 'coaching' packages at $125 per hour for both Howard and Bianca!

For the avoidance of doubt, I believe the importance of Qi gong. From my own experience I notice the positive effects of this again and again, especially in connection with an optimal lifestyle as Howard advocates. But without a coach...
