Do you suffer from iRBD

Do you suffer from iRBD and want to get your sleep back without taking medications? I have developed a diet (just food) that can down-regulate your frequency and intensity to almost zero all the while changing the content of your dreams. I have perfected this over the past 4 years on myself and looking for others who would want to learn more. My only promise is a better night's sleep with no pads, restraints, or drugs. DM me is this sounds interesting

Why do we need to DM with you to get your recipe? Why not share it openly?

I say yes. I have been able to regulate the frequency and intensity of my iRBD with diet. I eliminated gluten, lectins, sugars and dairy. By doing so, if have reduced my iRBD by as much as 80%. Current research connects frequency and intensity if iRBD with phenoconversion. I am concentrating my research in this area and always looking to share.

I am doing almost the exact same thing, except I eat Cheddar Cheese (I love it) and I eat beef that is not grain fed (beef is the only meat I eat. Hopefully those multiple stomachs filter the corn from reaching the muscle). I have not fallen out of bed for over a year.

... do the same to manage my iRBD, I just take it a bit further and regulate my lectins (gluten is a lectin) the proteins extend into veggies and dairy – not just grains. You can learn more and try it out but using the Dr Gundry diet. I have been using it for a year with great success. For anyone out there diagnosed with PD or Pre-PD, I always ask everyone to participate in my survey as I search for the real truth in PD.

Dear WhyRBD, I would be extremely interested in finding out about your diet to reduce the incidence of RBD episodes please. I have tried to do something similar but find it very difficult to record such episodes. I was diagnosed with iRBD in 2017, but I think it was happening for up to 5 years prior to that. At present, I have no other PD symptoms. Thanks very much, I would appreciate any suggestions. Kind regards,

Kerry (in Australia)
