Why Exercise Slows Progression
Exercise prevents alpha-synuclein clumps? I had never heard that...
Having a reason why exercise works is an extra motivator to keep exercising: thank you for posting. What I don't understand is why exercise referrals are not immediately and universally prescribed for people diagnosed with PD.

Thanks for posting this information. I truly feel that exercise has made a big difference in my progression, and ability to deal with the stiffness, that one gets from having Parkinson's Disease.
Interesting. Thanks for posting.
What I'd like to know, if exercise is so great, how the heck did some of our super HU athletes come down with PD ?
Good question, although many athletes, like Ali, suffered several blows to the head and/or concussions, etc.
