I have several of Dr. Joe's books, which have been helpful. As I understand it, his workshops usually sell out within minutes of announcement.

I think your best bet is to pick the one that appeals to most to you. I mostly do not distinctly remember which is which, although Getting Over The Habit Of Being Yourself was memorable.
