Alpha-lipoic acid, being an acid, can also contribute to acid reflux.
Thank you very much TL for sharing this. ALA was prescribed to me by my nutritionist more than two years ago, and it has been part of my stack since then. It is hard to say how useful it is but I intend to keep on taking it.
if it is supposed to be good, why does it produce acetylcholine, which is actually taken out by anti-cholinergics like a Amantadine
