A TODAY SHOW story describes “miraculous” effects of vibrating gloves on PD, including dramatic before/after videos. This is certainly worthy of further study, but there is no mention of the dramatic placebo effect typically seen in PD open label trials

can't wait to see it more widely used. I wonder what the cost will be.
There have been quite a few posts regarding Dr. Peter Tass of Stanford and his vibrotactile gloves.
Wow! Wonderful advance. Any idea what the frequencies are? Do they vary for each finger and each hand?
I saw this live on TV and was very impressed.. this guy, who did the marathon and triathlon, was wheelchair bound about 4 years ago! They mentioned it could be about 2 years before they hit the market. Why wait, manufacture some now and have people sign off that they know the risks. I'd like to give them a try right now.
So strong and lasting could hardly be only Placebo... there must be something real into this!
Unfortunately the approval process followed by FDA is a real disaster time wise..
