You need to be 60+ and live in the USA or Canada and not diagnosed with PD. I believe this is the 40 item UPSIT scratch n sniff test. I haven't been diagnosed with PD but have an impaired sense of smell. There is a Parkinson's/ALS/Dementia syndrome. Smell loss isn't a part of ALS. Curious to see the results.
