In the past I used ketosis for weight loss. I understand if carbs are reduced in the diet the body responds by creating and using ketones for energy through the citric acid cycle. I monitored ketosis with medical urinalysis strips. The strips measure ketones and display as negative or 4 degrees of concentration. When I was using diet the ketones were low, maybe a 1 or 2 at the most. Two days using these ketone gummies the urinalysis strips 4+ for ketones.

What does the UPDRS measure?

The Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) is the most widely applied rating instrument for Parkinson disease (PD) [1–2]. The Total UPDRS score includes 31 items contributing to three subscales: (I) Mentation, Behavior, and Mood; (II) Activities of Daily Living; and (III) Motor Examination [2].
