in fact, in my opinion, one must be careful with the stimulation of the autophagic flow. I would be for the sweet way, so no prolonged fasts, no heavy exercises, no heat. Just a little bit of niacin b3, with all the vitamins and minerals in proportion, taken in the morning on a full stomach, followed by a run could be enough to gently activate the autophagic flow, (suitable for a PwP) for the hours necessary for the various phases of the autophagy itself (3/5 hours). Yes, because the flow has a beginning, a continuation and an end for that day, in theory.
