Sorry you feel so alone.

Do you get up and walk around at all to get your blood circulating and muscles moving? Cramping could be from lack of water.

Have you spoken to your primary care doctor?

Drink some water. Massage your legs. Get up and move around a bit.

Tell us more ....

Your symptoms sound like you need magnesium.

Try Rock Steady Boxing. I've been going for 16 yrs & it's helped me more than anything! I don't feel alone because everyone has PD and everyone knows how you feel. The exercises help your whole body and they have classes for every level.

Read the testimonials and find one that says " by Debbie " and that will be my testimonial I wrote about 12 yrs ago.

They do have some called rock steady r o x program. They recorded these for covid. But it's better when you are there. Check out this you tube video and then you will see others. I believe there are at least 20 videos. You can go to their website and see if there are online classes.

Stiff cramping legs can be a result of too little or too much carbidopa levodopa. How much are you taking and how often? What is the timing of the stiff legs in relation to when you take this medication?

Consider adding magnesium to your supplement regimen or using magnesium chloride spray

Here is a typical magnesium chloride oil spray (mag oil) :

amazon.com/Magnesium-Oil-Sp...

It can usually stop muscle cramping in about a minute and can also be used to help temporarily relieve arthritic joint pain. If it helps you, you can then consider making your own for less cost as park_bear mentioned. Just spray it on lightly and rub it into problem muscles that are cramping.

Emergen-C powdered drink mix can help the cramping and stiffness, especially helpful if you get “at bed-time, or just before” leg issues. I’ve also used (and still do, while recovering from a total knee replacement), Theraworx on my calves to stop cramping. I assure you you aren’t the only one suffering with leg issues among the various Parkinson’s symptoms. Keep the faith and hang in there.

I think I know what you mean. There’s physical loneliness and then the loneliness of having this stupid disease. Kind of a double dip. But it’s really nice that your hubby is there for you. These situations can really make amazing people even more amazing.

I also suffer from stiffness on my right side. I use an Oculus 2 virtual reality set, and do less Mill's body combat. It's very similar to the boxing that they do, but I can do it at my home or at hotels as I travel. That may be an option to help

I bought an electric wheelchair so I can keep up instead of holding others back. It's ultra light weight and folds up like a stroller, it fits in a trunk. Not ready for a wheelchair full time. I think it will do wonders for my loneliness. I think any mobility aid will benefit you. ❤️
