I have one week taking mango leaf tea and my contispation is gone.

I had several years with constipation.

I'm taking Sylimarin Milk Thistle for inflammation and oxidation as well

The review article that you linked to referenced 2 studies of Parkinson's disease animal models. In this study:

jstage.jst.go.jp/article/bp...

They applied mangiferin only one half hour after MPTP toxicant, which is too soon to be a valid model of Parkinson's. In this other study:

sciencedirect.com/science/a...

They pretreated for 10 days with mangiferin before applying the toxicant, which is definitely not a valid model of Parkinson's.

Mangiferin may be useful, but I would need better evidence to put this on my list of things to test.
