I don't get symptomatic relief but I am not sure that is what one would experience taking oral glutathione. I am also taking PS128

There is significant ongoing research in to probiotics and Parkinson’s. Dr Ohira makes an excellent product that has much more than glutathione. It has a complex nutrient profile and long fermentation- 3-5 years. There are a number of research projects - one with B subtilis at University Edinburg showing reduced tremor in animal models. There is a strain of L plantarum PS128 from Bened in Korea that showed improvement in UPDR scores. I developed a probiotic for my husband that combines strains to convert glucose and fructose to mannitol which has been shown to reduce the aggregation of the proteins. Some people make yogurt with the capsules as starter culture in order to increase the counts of live bacteria. We would like to do a clinical trial in PD. We just finished a trial in diabetes.
