If 50mg of TTFD is too much for me, who is buying enough Allithiamine to keep on the market and why isn't a lower dose on the market?

Hi Gcf51, I am waiting to receive Arinamin from Japan but, sorry, I didn't understand if it works for you. Have you noticed any improvements over the previous use of Thiamine? Thanks

I have a bottle of Arinamin which I don't plan to try. In the last 55days I have taken a total of 23caps of 50mg TTFD. At 3 days all my symptoms of PD basically disappeared and I was wondering if I had PD or had a B1 deficiency. Today 7/11 is a 7day break of TTFD. I had major problems with High Blood Pressure. Today I plan to make up some 1/4th caps and restart tomorrow at 1/4th of 50mg. Hopefully during my upcoming appointment with my MS on 7/14 I will have enough improvement for her to see. I have not checked my BP today.

9am this morning BP 116/60 some 30/20 lower than my previous normal which I considered high.

Do you think yout BP is an effect of TTDF? Have you suspended it for this reason?

Elevated BP is an indication something is wrong. I'm sure it was due to an imbalance of something, most likely other B vitamins and caused by the TTFD. The break was so to speak my attempt to follow the B1 protocol. Anyway BP is down and I plan to make some 1/4th cap from my 50's and restart tomorrow.

Today after a 7day break I started back at 1/4cap of my 50mg of TTFD. I calculated 50mg of TTFD has 33.3mg of B1. I just hope I am not going further down a rabbit hole.

My BP started climbing this afternoon again, It started coming down after taking a B-Complex and a TMG.
