Adrenaline dominance

This is kind of interesting and a different theory. This doctor believes adrenaline is the root cause of many problems.

I think it’s interesting because dopamine is broken down by beta hydroxylase to norepinephrine then by PNMT to epinephrine (adrenaline). I wonder if it explains my husbands peak dose levodopa reaction when the dose was too high. He was probably in a high adrenaline state.

This dr recommends progestrone cream 5% to be rubbed on wrists to calm as it blocks adrenaline. It might be a good remedy if it works. It can be bought over the counter as a cream in low doses. He recommends for adhd and colicky babies . He uses on men as well as women. Interesting.
