So here is a quick update. Been almost 3 weeks. The mat itself had a failure but the head rest is still working. I find just using the head rest after about 10 minutes my tremors in my hand stop or greatly diminish. There is often. Residual effect that can last anywhere from a 1/2 hour to 2 hours. It also has been great for the headaches I get from time to time. The company that makes the device is sending us a new mat. So as soon as we get it I will go full PEMF ( never go full PEMF!). I have been slowly increasing the time up from 30 to 45 minutes and the level of the device. So I have seen a few positive results. I will provide another update soon. Sorry it wasn't sooner but I lost a friend to a cycling accident and have been mourning his loss. We had been planning a 100 mile ride together. I am still devastated over his loss...

I am currently using the preprogrammed settings. I am still figuring this thing out. It has different programs, one for health, sports and relax. You then tell it the intensity level, 1-12 set the timer and relax..
Have you compared measuring the effect of lying on the mat when switched off, on your tremors and getting someone else to control on and off, so that you are not aware of whether it is on or off? Let’s make this a thorough experiment! Lying calmly for a while has a a positive effect on my tremors without an EMF mat!
