I have been exercising most of my adult life at the same time around 6:30 am for 40-60 minutes. I use a recumbent bike and light dumbells. I've been trying different med schedules and most days I do it before I take my first dose at around 8am. I can go at a much faster pace if I wait for the second dose (after 10:30) but I've been on this schedule for so long it's a hard habit to break. I'm wondering if anyone thinks I'm doing more harm than good exercising before taking my first dose?

I don’t think you’re doing more harm, but that’s just my opinion. Do whatever works best. I do some exercise when I’m slower because my balance is better and some exercise when I am fully on because I can handle a higher intensity then.
When you exercise while in a fasted state, you increase autophagy. I assume if you haven’t had meds you are fasted. Black coffee is said to increase autophagy.
