I founded The BioCollective. My husband has Parkinson’s. We have a paper we are working on where we discuss the findings from our machine learning with our PD microbiome data. The number one microbial gene we found is wbgU biocyc.org/gene?orgid=META&... here to LPS - lipopolysaccharide from bacteria, O antigens and the human insulin regulation gene.
