Not really a surprise that antibodies targeting alpha synuclein would cause inflammation - after all, an antibody tacked onto a target is a signal that the target is a pathogen.
That's not good... 
Not surprising to me. Why would you think clearing these away would cure it without fixing the root of the problem.
