It comes with a heart Rate monitor. It took the guy three hours to put it together. It has an audio jack for mp3 or smart phone and a usb connector. It goes to to 15% grade and 10mph. It has built-in programs for HIIT or a 440 track.

I've been without a treadmill for a month or so. I used the new one for two hours this evening. Mostly walking but I feel like I ran a marathon. In the shower I had to lean on the wall to keep myself upright. How can I deteriorate so badly so quickly? I'll hit 65 next month, maybe that's why.
