I take capsules. Host Defense is the brand. Be careful and avoid anything made made in or from China. I am 52 with PD and have been looking into naturals as part of my treatment and supplements. I have been reading about neurigenisis and mushrooms. Finding it very interesting.

I have the Life Cykel liquid which can be conveniently sprayed under the tongue or the dropper version. Just a bit easier. Just personal choice. And grown in Australia.
