I can't figure out the search function. I don't want to ask about sleeplessness and Parkinson's because I know it's been discussed before. I'd like to find advice for sleeplessness but I don't know how to do that.

Have you tried melatonin for sleep issues?

Melatonin works great for me! I wish I had discovered it sooner. It also eliminated the dreams/nightmares and verbal outbursts that I had no memory of but according to my husband they were frequent. 5 to 10 mgs is the dose I use.
