My husband has had anxiety with any levodopa drug he has tried. Sinemet, kinson, madopar. But I think the madopar is the least bad. Also initially he had nausea with it but has seemed to get over that now.

Only when they tried to increase my dose.....led to severe nausea and a headache that perstisted...when back to original prescription

Hi I found the least side effects taking only Madopar. I am not sure what the max recommended dose per day. I take 1600mg per day. I have kept away from any agonists

I found it to be a great help. I started it about three years ago, after I had GI problems with Sinemet . The dose has been increased until now I take three (25/100) every three hours, with no side effects.BTW, Madopar is called Prolopa in Canada.
