Whoever was nice enough to reply to my post regarding constipation and said they took Experience, thank you. I just received the capsules. Would you mind telling me if you use this everyday or not? I know you have been taking it for sometime and it has helped you. Thank you.

Yes- I think that's me- I didn't take Experience tablets daily... at the time I took them only when I was backed up- but i believe it was also great taking it as the instructions indicated.. in other words , one/day? I can't remember... can you let me know if it helps? I'm going to order some soon... Thanks!

Darcy, are you on a high dose thiamine regimen? Many people who take the oral dose of 2-6,000 mg of thiamine hcl report that it is a great relief and there is decent evidence that it slows Pd progression.
