Yes. I took Nilotinib for three years. It relieved me of constipation. If it did that, it may have done more, but I couldn't tell. It's a very high-risk drug to relieve constipation. It would not have been suitable for the general population of PWP. The people in the trial were screened.

You tried UDCA too right? Or TUDCA? On your own?

Basically, yes. Another one off the list but many more to come. The disease slowing treatment is out there. I am of the opinion that we need to pick up the pace though!

Got an interesting email today:

Hi joe.

I read your page about the Nilotinib in healthunlocked.com 3 years ago and try to study the drug used in Korea.

There are 2 news. 1) the Korea scientists will published clinical paper in December 2021. And 2) the Nilotinib will not be protected by Chinese patent law recently and by the USD patent law untill 2023.

Below is the email from Korea.

Hi.

Professor Joo's paper will be published in December

I'm taking it for 6 years.

I'm in shape 6 years ago.

Six years ago, the cerebellar mri currently has no change.

No side effects at all

Like other diseases, the earlier the effect, the better.

My disease is severe when I feel sick.

If you can find it early, the medicinal effects are indescrifably good.

If you have too much pathology, you can see that it's too late to take it.
