Have any people above 60 had any luck with this contraption? My dad tried it for almost a year and tons of complications like UTIs + detaching and coming out + increased dementia. Also has Lewy Body. Grateful for any info. Cheers - Kym

My daughter (now 50) has had hers for a couple of years and it has definitely helped her symptoms. DBS still in place but hadn’t been sufficient. Few issues with the site of the tube and one procedure to rectify a kink otherwise she has learned to cope with the contraption and thankful it was offered as we understand it is an expensive procedure.

Great to hear ! You know how it goes ... all this stuff works for some snd not others — I will say my dad did have some ON time with it for sure — he’s just too wild for that contraption :)
