Rytary takes two hours to have effect. I need to be at work after one hour. can I take 100mg Sirio or Sinemet ONCE in morning, reducing Rytary by 195 mg. To get some levodopa and hence get to work!

Hi Quintin, Be careful... each Rytary capsule already contains some instantaneous release c/l (in addition to 2 types of extended release c/l)...
I think this is a question you should ask your doctor.
