Sorry but Dr. Constantini passed away in 2020 followed a stroke in 2019.
I was lucky to have visited him in 2018. If you search this site for posts about his therapy you should be able to learn about B1 and its benefits.
Dr C passed in late May 2020 from Covid19. Several members have been treated by other physicians there but they had to travel to Italy. Not sure if this is still possible. You might try to get in touch with Dr C's assistant Marco. Not sure if its still active but there was a HU page you might use the message feature unless someone else has better info. healthunlocked.com/user/sur...
Dr. Costantini is no longer with us, but here is a link to all of the information he shared with this forum. If you have further questions, please address them to this link:

I worked with Marco in 2019 on Dr. C's official blogsite -- it is still up and has his original documents + the FAQ.
Yes, it is still up and I have linked to it in the HDT/B1 pages on this site. There is also another website with similar information started by a forum member, but I haven't checked that one recently.
I corresponded with Dr. C to build the FAQ page over months as the questions arose on this forum and Dr. C would email the answers to add to the FAQ page until we got to 58 questions and answers that seemed to answer most everything regarding B1/HDT . Having it here on this forum is useful for review by readers of this forum, especially newer members so you don't have to leave the site to get the information.
Dr. C was very generous at sharing his knowledge relating to B1 and though he couldn't always answer questions right away, he did answer everyone I sent him.
The main questions now are generally about dosing and there is no single answer for that, but it is the reason that I made the updated HDT/B1 page to try and explain Dr.C's methodology of determining optimal dosing.
