Hikoi posted this four years ago, but it's so inspiring that I want to share it again. I am not a great golfer, but it is something my wife and I enjoy. On the eve of Thanksgiving, I am thankful to Hikoi and for all of you.

Totally agree. I have taken up golf again recently and it helps with stiffness plus it gets you outdoors. 18 holes guarantees me 14,000 steps which keeps me above my 10,000 steps per day goal. Diagnosed with PD 7 years ago, still running daily, pilates twice a week plus golf twice a week keeps me moving and more importantly living.
I believe Mark Twain wrote, Golf is a nice walk ruined.
Gosh, wonder if golf would make my brain work better! I have no recollection of posting this Jim. Thanks for the repost!!
