may I check which ari whittens supplement has benefited your husband the most? I feel energenesis would be beneficial for me

I give him a half dose of the ultrabrain. The energenesis is a scoop of powder. I’ve tried it and honestly the taste is so foul I have not been able to finish it. It makes me want to vomit. I think it is the citrus bioflavonoids are very bitter and they try and mask it with peppermint.

If you can stomach that I don’t doubt it might be useful. Also he has quite a few of the other ingredients in other products.

yes it is very expensive especially the postage to NZ. I managed to order some a little cheaper in the Black Friday sale.

If you want any other recommendations I really recommend Hardys daily essential nutrients with added vitamers which the the product I have noticed the most dramatic improvement with. You need 12 per day of those as it it has so many bulky ingredients in it. You need to have gp letter to say you either aren’t on antidepressants, or if you are they will help manage you to decrease them. This stuff is so effective you become over medicated on the antidepressants unless you decrease them. He has had clinical depression before, none of the drugs worked, but since being on Hardys he hasn’t needed them. He had to do a very slow withdrawal from them.
