My neuro🙄... I was asking for sub-lingual apomorphine to fill in the gaps when stalevo wears off. Or the inhaler, inbrija. Nooo we don't dooo those, we're British. Have some dispersible madopar. This 23% drop out rate and 31% experiencing side effects is significant regardless of presumed benefits of a reduction of 7.6 points on the part III UPDRS scale (given the average dose of L-Dopa of 1,033 milligrams per day which implies participants had advanced PD).

Stalevo is seldom prescribed in the US for males for reasons of prostate cancer (see the relevant CT).
