I have been using this product for three years now. I have half teaspoon in coconut water twice a day. Had no problems with it. Cheers Jac 👍

I don’t appear to have off time. I take Azilect and B1 also. Along with magnesium at night time. X

Iv take ten grams a day spread out over 12 hours iv been tweeting it all this year so take less when I’m not working, it helps greatly I’m also takeing 1/2 sinemet 100 two or three times a day, iv had symptoms for 7 years, diagnosed 2017
