At 3:52 ask the MD said "it (exercise) hasn't been proven to slow (PD) progression". She seems to be suggesting that exercise benefits are only symptomatic (just like levadopa). We all know that is wrong.. Exercise benefits for PwP is more than symptomatic, it actually slows down PD progression

"Ask the MD podcast" is affiliated with MJF and is supposed to be an expert on these issues. If she gets basic facts wrong, why should we listen to her... why shouldn't we just put her straight into the bin?

No idea whether it slows progression or not. It makes me feel better and helps my balance. Before I started the PD Warrior 10 week challenge I couldn't walk down a gentle slope without assistance. Now I walk without any assistance. I do my exercises every morning.
