clinical research shows that individuals who rely on sleeping during daytime hours are at much greater risk for Alzheimer’s and dementia along with other health problems.

Yes. 12 hour shifts at night, four days on, three days off, then three on, four off, constantly re-adjusting and recovering before going right into it again...like terminal jet lag. Very hard on the system. It's like you're in sleep deprivation the whole time, and before you can recover by sleeping during night again you have to be back into it. I suspect it ages you very very quickly.

I have done this for many years, working from 2 pm straight till 4 am before sleeping 4 am till 12 pm
