As I'm sure others will tell you, this has been discussed before. Yes, it could be good news, but like that Russian vaccine, there are silly people who insist on testing it on humans first. :)

Like most pharma, getting approval to market for humans and then letting the following adversities trickle in as the first actual patient safety experiment.
