What dose and for how long?Any positive changes?

This was started for a very short time then had to be stopped due to participation in a clinical trial - I think dose is best recommended by an acupuncture practitioner - started on one capsule 3 times per day-mild improvements probably mostly in walking and some improvement in being able to maintain weight. Our acupuncture provider took the approach of starting at a relatively low dose to be sure there would not be problematic effects.

sounds good, didn't you resume it after the participation in trial?

It was resumed after the treatment part of the trial.

we are not seeing them but that doesn't mean someone could not have them- could you consult with an acupuncturist to be sure this is the right thing for you because they are pretty specific on what they think will work for the person's individual situation
