Biting Headaches

Does anyone else have headaches. They started on the 6th June. They come on very suddenly, are very intense, affect the front of my head/forehead , my face will feel full, they don’t last very long then they go just as quickly.

I used to suffer occasional vicious headaches which I associated with sinuses & constipation.

Could yours be caused by diet? I almost never get them since I went on first the Keto Diet and then progressed to Carnivore Diet. Could easily be lectins, see youtu.be/_woWPdZ-MSc(Not working as expected?) Paul Mason - Lectins

Yes. I told my neurologist. He said they are ice pick headaches. He gave me tablets to take for a week. They only worked while I took them. Now they have come back
