You are going to have to give us more details. Do you have them upon standing up by any chance?

It’s my husband Bill who has PD and experiencing dizzy spells. Upon getting up is one and over heating. In Florida right now and humidity high. I really think stress and anxiety over the Coronavirus is maybe part of it. We are trying to not watch so much TV news.

You should check him for orthostatic hypotension. This can be done at your doctor's office or you can do it at home. It requires a blood pressure cuff. First measure his blood pressure sitting, or even better, lying down. Then measure his pressure standing up. Ideally these measurements should be the same. More than a 20 point difference meets the diagnostic criteria for orthostatic hypotension.

My husband was dizzy a lot and it was because he was dehydrated.

A lot of the supplements we take affect blood pressure, You should also assess how each supplement, supplement combinations, and meds may contribute .
