B1 Thiamine- spotting under/overdose

For those that have read my other posts you will have noticed my B1 dose as quite low at 175-200mg a day.

I sometimes boost my B1 for example on recent trip to london to help my cope with anxiety/adrealin/fear etc to get me through. Then after my trip i find i am overdosed so withdraw for a few days to balance my B1 again. This levels me again

When overdosed i feel all 'twittery' inside- internally i am jittery and fluttery hence 'twittery' and when i am underdosed my trigger finger returns and/or my index finger 'points'.

Thought these descriptions may help others determine if o/d or u/d themselves.
