I admit that I have not exercised intensely 3 times per week during the holidays. Here's a study suggesting that even once a week is beneficial. Even the best medication doesn't slow or stop progression. Exercise does. It's time to get off the couch!

Every day my dog's remind me "we're only doing this for you Dad" when they drag me out to fast walk in the mountains. My dog's are devoted to helping me manage my Parkinson's. (As Keisha points out she's also my stress therapy dog, as she demands another cuddle)

My dog my greatest work out buddy too. He never cries off no matter how heavy the rain.
